This will result in an immediate ban, do not use my avatars to gain profit off of. This includes any edits of any kind no matter how many changes were applied, it is still my avatar. This will also result in an immediate ban.

Do not publish any of my free or paid avatars as public.

My avatars are only meant to be used for personal use only. I do not own any avatar worlds of any kind and none of my avatars should ever be public. If you see any of my avatars being published publicly please report the world for "nudity" or anything else that applies to it.

Do not reuse/strip assets from my for sale avatars or free avatars.

I have purchased and requested permission for full commercial licensing for each and every asset used in my for sale models. They cannot be reused in any way, please purchase original assets or ask the original creators for commercial licensing. All assets used for my free models typically contain ripped game assets such as Sims 4, Shining Nikki, etc. Some assets I have created myself from scratch or had them made for me/given to me to redistribute. Please do not reuse them unless stated otherwise.

No recreations, counterfeits, or counterparts of my models are allowed to be made.

Recreating any of these will result in a ban. Regardless if it’s personal. Even more disrespectful that people choose to redistribute it. Like said above in previous rules they’re my designs and I’d like to keep it that way. This will result in a immediate ban.

Price splitting is prohibited.

This will result in you and whoever you're splitting prices with being banned from both my server and shop. Access will also be revoked.

Redistributing packages is prohibited.

Access to product will be revoked.

No refunds or chargebacks of any kind.

Refunding of any kind is not allowed, you cannot return a digital product. This will result in an immediate ban. I am not responsible for fixing any avatars if any future VRChat update breaks them, however I will do my best to keep my avatars in a functional state but please be patient. Any edits you have done that break the avatars in any way, it is up to the consumers to update/fix their issues regarding that.

Enter the correct info at checkout.

Entering the incorrect will result in a ban from the server and being banned from buying from my shop again. All other emails you may try to use will also be banned. If you're gifting to someone please enter in their info properly.

Using my avatars for any type of VTubing, streaming or social media is okay.

As long as you credit either my Discord name, server link or Gumroad link is fine! You are allowed to make content as long as it is not hateful or illegal in any way, I'm not responsible for any liabilities, consequences or outcomes.

If someone would like to do a giveaway of any one of my avatars or assets please contact me personally via Discord to discuss details. Any giveaways that are made without my authorization will be asked to be taken down, failure to do so will result in a ban.

Edits are okay!

Edits are okay. Ideally I wouldn't want edits to be so different that my work becomes unrecognizable, as long as people can still say "That's Ares's model!" then that's all good to me. Please do not discredit me or attempt to claim anything from me as your own. If you used my model you used my model. If you’re unsure of edits that are okay to do or not, you can use ⁠୨୧┃ask-ares﹒. Also if you do make an edit please show it in ⁠✎┃your-edits﹒ or ⁠✎┃vrchat-pics﹒ ! I'd love to see all your edits.

Once you're banned, you lose rights to using my assets and avatars.

When you're banned from either my shop or server, you're not allowed to use my products for ANY purposes. All access will be revoked on my shop and you will no longer be able to buy anything from it.
